Credit Refunds
For credit-based purchases:
- Unused credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase
- Credits used for completed video generation are non-refundable
- Partial refunds may be available for partially used credit packages
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Credits used for completed video generation
- Subscription fees after the 7-day grace period
- Custom enterprise plans (subject to contract terms)
- Add-on services that have been delivered
How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

- PayPal Payments: Refunded to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfers: May take 7-14 business days to appear in your account
Account Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription:

- No further charges will be made
